Each year, communities are devastated by a natural disaster and this year is not different. While we all watch as homes are destroyed, possessions are lost, and lives are taken the aftermath can be more devastating than the occurrence. Volunteers of Housing Housing Help is here to help pick up the pieces and put them back together again.

Every year, many places face natural disasters, and this year is no exception. We’ve seen homes get damaged, personal items lost, and communities deeply affected. What comes after the disaster — the rebuilding and healing — is often the hardest part. But here’s the silver lining: Together, we can make a difference. Our ‘Housing Help’ team is not just about fixing houses; it’s about rebuilding communities and bringing back hope. With tools in our hands and determination in our hearts, we help families get back on their feet.
When you donate, you’re not just giving money; you’re giving someone a chance to rebuild their life. Join us in this mission. Donate now and be a beacon of hope for those in need.

Hurricane Housing Help was Co-founded by a Navy Veteran and his wife, in response the need for emergency housing help after natural disasters. The New Orleans Navy Veteran witnessed the aftermath of Housings Harvey, Rita, Katrina, Laura, Ida, Nicolas and wildfires, storm surges, and tornados that demolished cities and left communities in utter ruin. Recovery costs are in the billions, for each occurrence, and communities have been left to figure it out, as they waited for help. In some communities, help has never come…
Since 1851, 66 hurricanes have affected the state of Texas. This includes direct landfalls and indirect impacts.Texas received a score of 87.88 out of 100, up almost four points from last year’s study. No other state saw a higher number of billion-dollar disasters. While all 50 states have suffered at least a billion-dollar disaster, more than 120 such disasters have approached Texas — the most in any state. Scientists say that climate change is due to human impact, and the number and intensity of weather and climate-related events will increase in the coming years.
Hurricane Housing Help was formed to fill the gap needed in those communities, not only in Louisiana but in other states and communities as well.
3H is a grass roots family-oriented organization and we welcome you to join us in serving underserved communities. Register to join the family!
